Theresa Armistead, Principal of Regency Right of Way Consulting, has over 20 years of experience in the right of way, real estate profession. Ms. Armistead manages multi-disciplinary teams to deliver right of way for infrastructure projects. She has garnered critical industry credentials and educational requirements that include a California Real Estate Broker, License No. 018166312, a California Notary Public No. 2283831 and holds a distinguished Senior Right of Way Agent (SR/WA) designation from the International Right of Way Association (IRWA). She holds a Bachelor of Science in Public Administration from University of the Pacific in Stockton, California.
